My husband spoke w/ someone re: our stay which would have been 2 nights 15-16th May. We cannot stay in pet friendly rooms b/c of asthma and allergies. We were told the 4th floor doesn’t allow pets so we booked it. When we arrived the man at the desk said all the floors are pet friendly so we decided to try it but we had to leave. In room about 2 hours. Thought we would get a refund since we were told that 4th floor is no pet. The man at the desk was very rude and seemed annoyed w/ us, no apology or sorry about our situation just we will owe for 2 nights. We left owing over $300.00 for nothing. Hoping that since you know our situation we will get a refund.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights (Room #106). After the first night, I reported that my shower was barely warm and was told by the clerk that "no one else had ever complained and that maybe everyone else was taking a shower at the same time in the hotel". Regardless, I expected a hot shower when paying $245 for the room. I then told him that, I was unhappy and he said he would let maintenance know. The second night my shower was hot, but the third night, again, I had a cold shower. I was very disappointed and especially with the remark that no one else had ever complained, insinuating that I was making it up. Also, the ceilings were stained from what looked like an above leak. Not a quality hotel or one I will ever stay at again. Disappointed!

Those was the second time staying at this hotel. The first experience last year was the reason we chose this location again. The lobby is very open and fresh smelling, our room was very clean when we arrived and all of the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The breakfast area has enough selection to satisfy most people, with a few items being changed out day to day for more variety. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit the area.

The rooms at Country Inn were very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the seating areas outside of the rooms so we could gather in a group and visit with friends. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Hotel was older but clean. Breakfast was good. Bed and bedding was comfortable. It was a great location for going to see my daughter's soccer game at Georgetown college
